Pinook USA LLC. provides a limited lifetime replacement warranty on our products, covering any breakage, or other malfunction due to design or manufacturing defect, for as long as you own the product. This warranty does not apply to problems which are the result of misuse, or normal wear and tear.

To invoke this warranty, please print and fill out the form below and include it with the returned item. You must also include a copy of your sales receipt. In addition, include a check or money order in the amount of $9.95 to cover the cost of shipping and handling of your new product. No refunds will be issued.
