Exchange/Refund Policy

Pinook USA is a wholesale company that sells high quality massage related products through various retailers. Each vendor is a private owner of his business, and therefore has different exchange/refund policies.

In this regard please contact your vendor directly about their policies. Unless the product was purchased DIRECTLY from pinookusa.com, we are not authorized to issue a refund on  behalf of vendors.

ALL RETURNS REQUIRE THE FOLLOWING:

• Detailed reasons for return
• Original packaging with all accessories, manuals and invoice
• Original name, address, e-mail and phone number on order
• Date of purchase

Pinook 5 Year Warranty

Warranty Valid Internationally.

• Pinook Usa Llc guarantees its product free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 5 Years from the date of purchase, except as note below.
• Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, accident or attachment of any unauthorized accessory, alteration to the product or any other conditions that are beyond the control of Pinook Usa llc.
• Please fill out our Product registration within 30 days of purchase, include product serial number to registration form.If your product Is missing the serial number please insert 000000.
• Pinook Usa requires that our customers present a receipt in order to obtain our 5 year warranty service.

Pinook Usa will not provide the 5-year warranty service without the above mentioned. Please enclose your receipt with the vendor name and final purchase price to our warranty department.

Warranty:

Pinook Usa Llc reserves the right to discard any defective pinook massager unit after 60 days from the date we receive the defective unit from the buyer if the buyer does not provide the documents requested by the service department.

First, you will need get your RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number From sales@pinookusa.com. Please place the authorization number on the return form (below) and on the outside of the package under your return address.

Pinook Usa Llc will only honor the 5-year warranty if the buyer can provide the following documents:

1. A copy of the receipt with the valid retailers name and date of purchase.
2. Unit needs to be returned in original packing, warranty will not be honored if pinook massager, wire cord, massage pads are not original.
3. In the US and Canada- Include a check or money order in the amount of $11.95 per unit payable to Pinook Usa Llc to cover the return shipping cost.
3.1 For countries outside the USA and Canada-
Include a check or money order in the amount of $19.99 per unit payable to Pinook Usa Llc to cover the return shipping cost.
